The room was clean, pool was great, the continental breakfast decent. Otherwise, don't waste your money here! We paid $*/night for an old, run down hotel with little parking and no real amenities to match the price. The "kitchen" had plywood cabinets, refrigerator that was so old the outside was rusty and a shelf was broken, gas stove was tiny, ancient, & rusty with used aluminum foil as makeshift drip pans! Leaky bathroom sink soaked what we put under there the first night.The hotel next door had 2 pools and oceanfront efficiency rooms for $*/night. Worse, there were several nice multi-story oceanfront hotels within 2 blocks that had, and I quote from one sign, "oceanfront efficiency, 2 pools, lazy river, restaurant...$*-*/night. We were quoted on-site grilling and there wasn't. Oh, unless the owner decides he likes you, then he'll let you grill on the picnic table. My friend's husband asked if we could use a tabletop grill too, and was rudely told no. The owner's wife & daughter were very sweet, he was extremely rude. He actually had the nerve to come right to edge of pool and yell at me to "GET OUT OF POOL, IS 10 O'CLOCK! GET OUT OF POOL!!!" He had no right to raise his voice, especially when my 6 yr old son & I were already at the pool steps getting out. Next day, we came back from the beach loaded down with our stuff - we had to get off the walkway, in the grass, around the column, because he wouldn't move over for us to pass. He was standing there with an empty luggage cart, talking to a guest. He just glared at us. I plan to tell anyone headed to this location what happened to us.

The bed room area was small. The bathroom was located in the kitchen area. The air conditioning window unit was duck taped in, stuck on high and the coldest temp. It was also located in the kitchen area. (I didn't go in there unless it was an emergency.) There was dead bugs all over the place. The beds were ok, a little lumpy. One of the the 2 beds had stained sheets on them. No view of anything. There was a smell in lobby and in the rooms. (We say rooms because there were doors opened and you could smell them.) The parking wasn't that great, but wasn't that bad. The only appealing thing was being right across from the beach.

The kitchen was ridiculous. The freezer door was broke before we even got there and we didn"t receive our deposit back. Also the room was as small as a kid"s room in an apartment. The housekeeping wasn"t at all helpful, there was a problem with giving out extra towels and cloths.

Our room was the size of my closet in my bedroom. It was tiny with a tiny bed. It was also not the cleanest room. Our view from our room was of a wall, we were put in a cornor. I booked the room 3 months in advance. There were several available rooms at the time we stayed. I guess thats what I get for booking online.

we vacation here and hated it we had a kitchen our stove fan, oven, and back eye didnt work we had to pay a deposit of 25.00 for dishes which was'nt half of what we needed and they even had the fly swaters in the box with our dishes we had a coke michine outside our room which people used all night take my advice and stay somewhere else
