This was our first time in Hawaii and we couldn't have asked for a better trip! The location is so convenient...it's close to everything! And the staff...I can't say enough about the staff! Everyone from the valet guys, to the bell desk, the restaurant staff and the activities coordinators...they went above and beyond their duties for us! AMAZING!!!

got there so tired, but was jolted awake with live hawaiian music in lobby. the beach is right out the back of the hotel.everyone greets you with a smile.great vibes throughout hotel.check in was a breeze, so fast & professional. loved the room, if not so small. but nicely decorated, comfy beds & loved the pillows.I thought the price was reasonable for the location & what you get. I was surprised at how quiet it was during the night.I didn't hear anything & I'm a light sleeper.Wish we could've stayed longer.

This is a fantastic hotel. Everything seems new and clean. My room overlooked the pool and courtyard. The only things worth mentioning are that the wireless internet is very slow and somewhat intermittant. I found it best to plug into the wired port with the supplied cable. Another thing that may be important to some travelers is that the 3rd floor balconies, although very large and nice, could possibly be accessible to someone climbing from another room so that sleeping with the end wall open is not really an option.

Iit was everything we could ask for and more. The Hotel staff were friendly and helpfull as well as respectful of our privacy. The Hotel was just beautiful our room was great with a wonderful beach and city view it was a picture post card of a dream vacation. The Hotel offers free activities such as lei making, hula lessions, and wedding vow renewal. I sugest vistors take advantage of any and all free activities. We also used the activity desk to schedule our island tours which makes everything so much easier as you don't have to worry about the details. I would also suggest eating at Duke's at least once the food was great and the servicers were great with refills and asking if everything was ok. All of the free entertainment at the various hotels was fun to watch.
